Rule 5
Application for Electricity Transmission Survey Permit
A person or an organization wishing to conduct an electricity transmission survey shall submit the following details related to the proposed electricity transmission project in the format as per Schedule-3 to the Director General:-
(a) preliminary route map of power transmission lines (including proposed main transmission alternative lines),
(b) the total length, purpose and requirement of the transmission line,
(c) voltage level and capacity used for transmission,
(d) Maximum load of electricity and type of customer in case of lump sum transmission (e) Estimated cost and total duration (including survey and construction) of completing the transmission line,
(f) Other necessary things.
